Policy Management and Claims workflow systems were split across multiple systems (Image Scanning System, HOST green screens, and Salesforce.com Call Center).
Proposed an integrated workflow solution in Salesforce.com which combined the Call Center, Image Scanning System and HOST data into Salesforce.com.
Implementation was done by Enrapt for the policy cancellation workflow system in year 1. Expansion to claims and other policy management functions were completed in year 2.
Multiple policy management systems built using different technologies. Increasing requests for real-time access to policy data from Call Center, Agency and Customer channels.
Proposed a rewrite and consolidation of policy management APIs using REST/JSON and secured via OAuth.
Implementation was done in 2 phases with release of life and cancer product policies in the first 6 months with expansion to all remaining policy types by the end of year 1.
